About the Role
In this role, you will join our dedicated team, undergoing a structured 18-month training and development program tailored to help you become proficient in all facets of our business. As the pioneer in our unique field, you will learn from the ground up.
During the initial 6 months, you will focus on becoming proficient as a Careers Advisor & Assessor Compliance, a pivotal role within our organization. Package

Full-Time position with an initial base package of 80k during probation.
Base salary increases to 100-120k after successfully completing the training & development plan (18-months) and based on performance.
