What You’ll do 

• Implement support plans based on supported persons needs, preferences and interests 

• Help with all aspects of daily living from getting up in the morning to going to bed at night 

• Aid people to get to their chosen activities like social events, work and appointments 

• Promote personal choice and control for the person 

• Assist with personal care & hygiene and household duties like cleaning, cooking, and washing 

• Administer medication 

Qualifications and Experience 

• A passion for enabling and working with people

• Willingness to learn new skills, undertake ongoing training  

• Willingness to work as part of a team 
• Experience in bowel care and manual handling is required

We are seeking a female support worker to assist a female individual in Prahan. This role involves providing a minimum of 3 hours of ISA support daily, as well as helping with community access and potentially SIL supports, including personal care. The individual uses an electric wheelchair in the community and is largely independent at home, though personal care is still needed. We encourage applications from candidates who can also cover on-site shifts, including overnight stays and morning support, with a commitment of at least 6 active hours plus overnight coverage.

This role is responsible for assisting the Sales team in their day to day efforts.

You will attend meetings to work with clients to identify their needs, take minutes, and develop custom proposals to meet their needs. In addition, you will work through pre-sales to develop supporting documents and ensure all deals are tracked through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. You will work with a team including support, project management, and account management to bring these solutions to realisation.

Responsibilities & Duties Include

• Retain & develop existing technology products business through customer site visits.
• Communicate key data points for quarterly business reviews to local Crown Account Manager 
• Build relationships with customers, building trust to ensure a solid foundation for presenting data-based findings. 
• Attend customer sites and present the technology product range where necessary. 
• Work with the existing customer base to transition them to the most suitable technology product offering for their needs. 
• Attend product training sessions & maintain a high level of Crown product & industry knowledge.
