8. Doing Functional analysis and preparing Business Process documents.
9. Experience in managing customer requirements/CR , configure the process and co-ordinate with team.
10. Managing testing using testing tool for D365 ERP, tool to be used is RSAT (Regression Suite automation tool)
11. ERP workflow configuration and managing customization for related workflow.
12. Keep updating the knowledge artifacts for the team to review and utilize during further support and enhancement.
13. Regular communication with the customer’s personnel as required.
14. Testing of ERP services / Components.
