Gain hands-on experience alongside fully qualified Support Workers while you earn your Certificate III in Individual Support. This is a NDIS based business that believes in quality outcomes for its clients. They bring together skills, health, fitness, creativity and leisure to create a lifestyle-based service individually tailored to people of all abilities. The main parts of your role will be Assist individuals with personal care tasks, including personal care, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients. Help individuals with meal preparation and nutritional support. Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or mental conditions to the appropriate personnel. Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria: Genuine passion for working with people and a commitment to making a positive impact in their lives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience and the ability to show compassion and positivity. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
