What a Performance Analyst does at Visa:

As a Performance Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with data analysts, product and distribution teams to shape the narrative around business performance across the customer lifecycle. You will be dedicated to one of our key issuing clients, helping them to better understand the correlation between marketing and sales performance through the funnel for Commercial Transact and Save products.  

In this role you will also:

• Determine the performance of campaigns driven via personalisation initiatives
• Analyse and provide insights on Voice of the Customer to inform customer experience uplift initiatives
• Align on the performance narrative with cross-functional teams to understand the success of growth initiatives
• Leverage data insights to help shape product forecasting across channels
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and liaise with cross functional teams globally to create recommendations for the client
• Manage stakeholders across marketing, sales, product and data to deliver key insights and align on sales narratives
• Document processes, key learnings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the client’s business.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all technical, website and support issues.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our product team and looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Melbourne office. We are looking for a great communicator and collaborator with experience working in Agile teams to deliver world-class digital products for our sporting clients.

You will be client facing and work as part of a cross functional team including designers, product managers, technologists and quality assurance engineers. The types of projects are varied, from websites and apps to marketing and data-focused products.

You will typically work in one of two phases:

- Discovery: helping our clients shape large digital products and technology projects, understanding the scope, technology and delivery approach, as well as the business case and rationale for investment. The nature of these projects varies significantly depending on the product, technology and client, but they always require a curious and diligent mindset, and a focus on ensuring we are bringing clarity to complex opportunities.

- Delivery: working as part of a team to build and deploy products for our clients. In this type of project, you will typically be responsible for running workshops and creating documentation and user stories ready for development. You will also be working closely with the engineers and testers to ensure the work delivered aligns with expectations.

This role requires an individual who brings energy, pragmatism and critical thinking to our clients, and you will also need to have a relentless focus on where client and customer value is. The role is hybrid remote, with two days per week in our office (located in Melbourne Central Tower) or at client offices desirable.
