They are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team on a 12-month FTC, contributing to the organisation's ongoing success!
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data models for payroll remediation calculations, including monitoring and reporting on remediation payment progress.
Lead the implementation of payroll analytics and insights to support critical business decisions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain payroll audit compliance reporting.
Design, develop, and produce data models and reports on payroll remediation and business as usual activities.
Provide high-level data insights and advice to relevant working groups/committees.
Facilitate payroll reporting sessions with key People and Culture staff to foster transparency and business improvement.
Support the Senior Manager, Payroll Compliance and Operations, with financial reporting and reconciliations.
Contribute to business continuity, critical incident response, risk management, and policy initiatives within the function.
About You:
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement payroll remediation calculations and models.
High-level ability to interpret payroll data and understand legislative requirements.
Technical expertise in report writing and data analytics for process and technology improvements.
Excellent relationship management, consulting, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coach colleagues.
