About the Role (your why)Â
As Cybersecurity Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage and oversee our Government Customers vulnerability management program and tools. Â
You will be working within a team of passionate, innovative and engaging people who focus on building, delivering and supporting state of the art Cyber Security Solutions and you will ensure that delivery of services to our internal and external stakeholders is upheld, achieving SLA’s, meeting commercial obligations and contractual compliance. Â
You’ll be Canberra based and happy to be onsite with our customer approx. 2 days per week. We like to bring people together in person when we can, and we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!Â
Due to customer requirements, you will need to be an Australian Citizen with an NV1 Government Security Clearance (or with a current Baseline and the ability to achieve an NV1). Â

What You’ll Do:Â
You will play a crucial role in enhancing, managing, and maintaining our operational processes and procedures. Your core responsibilities will be to actively identify, assess, prioritize, and report on any security vulnerabilities found in our customers' systems and applications. Â
You will collaborate with various technical delivery teams and engage with customer application and system owners to ensure the prompt and effective remediation of any vulnerabilities. Â
Your will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of contracted services to our clients, in line with our master services agreements, managed service schedules, and other commercial agreements. Â
In addition to these key duties, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement policies, as well as review standard operating procedures for our vulnerability management program. Â
Mentoring junior analysts will also be an important aspect of your role, contributing to the professional development of our team. Â

What you’ll bring Â
You’ll have previous experience:Â
- Working for a government customer or in a highly regulated industry Â
- Leading or managing a team of cyber security analysts Â
- Defining and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for cyber security programs. Â
- Experience monitoring the performance of operations team’s productivity and contractual compliance, i.e., SLA achievement, aged ticket management, change management, etc.Â
- A customer centric approach, ensuring consistency in delivery of service. Â
- An understanding of Cybersecurity in an Operational or Professional Services environment.Â
- A background and knowledge of service delivery methodologies including ITIL and Project Management discipline would be advantageous. Â
Along with the following:Â
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years of experience in vulnerability managementÂ
- A security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent Â
- Strong knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and threats, such as the OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, etcÂ
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Â
- Proficient use of vulnerability scanning and assessment tools such as Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid 7 Â
- Be familiar with vulnerability management frameworks and best practices such as NIST, OWASP, CVSS, etcÂ
- The ability to work independently, and as part of a team; and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Â
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related fieldÂ
