The role of a Claims Consultant is a challenging and rewarding role within the Life Insurance Industry. It requires you to assess and adjudicate on claims made by individuals under their policies who are at their most vulnerable (sick or injured) efficiently, fairly, and honestly. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Consultant Transport Planner / Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: integrated transport planning, traffic engineering/management, and/or transport modelling. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Australian consultancy sector. You will work closely with a team of experts to deliver innovative transport solutions that meet the needs of our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of transport strategies, plans, and designs that prioritise people and places.
• Conduct technical analysis, including traffic modelling, transport assessments, and network management studies.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and design documentation to clients and stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a Product Consultant to join our team. This role involves developing in-depth expertise in the company's solutions, providing consulting and training for clients, demonstrating the company’s solutions, serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and representing the company at key conferences and marketing events. 

• Develop in-depth expertise in the company's solutions to deliver on-site or remote consulting and training for clients 

• Demonstrate the company’s solutions and contribute to tender responses e.g., RFPs, RFIs, Questionnaires, etc. 

• Serve as a liaison between clients and other internal technical experts and convey customer requirements to Product teams 

• Collaborate with various Avolution teams from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive approach 

• Represent the company in APAC as a product expert and at key conferences or other marketing events both online and in-person 

• Provide internal and external product support and assist with requirements elicitation and verification/testing 

• Build ongoing relationships with our client base and partners 

• Perform other duties as required and specified by Avolution from time to time 

ABOUT YOU 

• Strong experience in consulting and training for software solutions 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across different territories 

• Experience in developing client relationships and providing product support 

• Familiarity with the APAC market and experience in representing companies at conferences and marketing events.

About the Role (your why)

The M365 Consultant plays a key role as a professional services team member of our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting solutions end to end for our customers. You will troubleshoot technical issues for customers. What you'll do

At the moment, as M365 Consultant you will be focused on:

• Analyse business requirements developing project documentation including solution designs documents, recommendation reports and systems as-built.
• Facilitate customer workshops and presentations providing thought leadership.
• Provide technical leadership for customers Microsoft 365 environments and solutions.
• Build and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Lead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects. Migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Facilitate training workshops. Develop training materials.
• Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (EG: Change/release)
• Provide governance and support to customers Microsoft 365 environments.

Required experience:

• Previous experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation as a Microsoft 365 Consultant.
• Experience designing, building and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience running workshops.
• Ability to address complex business problems with M365 based solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of core collaboration services in M365; SharePoint Online, MS Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience developing PowerShell scripts.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Information management and Information protection (Microsoft Purview).
• Experience building custom integrations.
