Your day will be varied and will include:
Candidate interviews and inductions
Client/WHS visits and reporting
New business development
Account Management
Ad placement
Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting CV's
Building a talent pool
Client Onboarding and site inductions
Building strong client and candidate relationships
To be successful you will bring:
Experience in building strong rapport with internal stakeholders, clients, and candidates.
