ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a Product Consultant to join our team. This role involves developing in-depth expertise in the company's solutions, providing consulting and training for clients, demonstrating the company’s solutions, serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and representing the company at key conferences and marketing events. 

  • Develop in-depth expertise in the company's solutions to deliver on-site or remote consulting and training for clients 
  • Demonstrate the company’s solutions and contribute to tender responses e.g., RFPs, RFIs, Questionnaires, etc. 
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and other internal technical experts and convey customer requirements to Product teams 
  • Collaborate with various Avolution teams from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive approach 
  • Represent the company in APAC as a product expert and at key conferences or other marketing events both online and in-person 
  • Provide internal and external product support and assist with requirements elicitation and verification/testing 
  • Build ongoing relationships with our client base and partners 
  • Perform other duties as required and specified by Avolution from time to time 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Strong experience in consulting and training for software solutions 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across different territories 
  • Experience in developing client relationships and providing product support 
  • Familiarity with the APAC market and experience in representing companies at conferences and marketing events. 

You may have experience of the following: Software Consultant, Technical Support Specialist, Pre-Sales Consultant, Product Trainer, Customer Success Manager
