Registered Nurse - Merimbula, NSW As a Registered Nurse at RSL LifeCare, your role is vitally important in the delivery of individualised, integrated, effective and safe clinical and support services, in a residential care environment. Our RNs partner with residents and support them in determining and achieving their personal, social, and health goals. They also help to facilitate communication with the resident and their support networks to assist with developing the resident's care plan. Albert Moore Gardens in Merimbula is home to up to 68 residents. The capabilities you bring: Our focus is on finding the right person with leadership qualities and a willingness to further develop them - you are open to learning! Due to the clinical and care aspects of the role, a nursing background and AHPRA registration are essential. Having worked in Aged Care, Acute Care or related departments is highly advantageous, but is not essential. Genuine compassion with the demonstrated ability to exercise patience and empathy for seniors are invaluable qualities. Our residents need around-the-clock care, so your willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is essential. Ready to apply?
