About the role:
Working in a contact centre, you will be providing high quality first point of contact customer service to individuals and their families requiring counselling and/or case management support.
Triaging and coordinating intakes and referrals Scheduling appointments for one-on-one appointments or group counselling.
Escalating cases complex or high-risk cases where relevant.
Maintaining up to data and accurate records for all phone and email correspondence.
Liaising and forming partnerships with other departments and organisations and community health and welfare agencies.
