Our charming Echuca care home is located in a rural area, near the banks of the Murray River and Campaspe River in Victoria. About the role

We are looking for a professional Sous Chef to amaze the patrons of our establishment with excellent cooking according to our chef's recipes and specifications. You will maintain consistency and collaborate with our kitchen team to develop and deliver our product.

Responsibilities
• Prepare menus in collaboration with the Maha team.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
• Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available.
• Follow the guidance of the Head Chef and have input in new ways of presentation.
