As the Country Manager, you will lead and coordinate various aspects of Octane’s business operations across the Australia region. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the Australian team, and ensuring effective account management and project delivery.

As a key member of the Octane Leadership Team, you will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the Australian market, aligned with Octane’s overarching business strategy. Leading the execution of these strategies, you will also provide input into Octane’s Product Roadmap.

Effective management of the Australian Octane team will be crucial, fostering teamwork and alignment with cross-functional teams in New Zealand and Canada. You will oversee high-level project delivery and ensure effective account management across the Australian client base.

Facilitating the Octane sales process will be a key aspect of your role. This includes engaging in pre-sales meetings, delivering high-level product demonstrations, presenting to prospective and current customers, and preparing customer proposals.

Customer Escalations:

• Manage escalated customer issues that need further attention or resolution beyond the abilities of our Advisors.
• Identify fitting solutions to customer issues while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate and present regular reports on team performance, emphasising achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Keep precise and current records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Team Motivation and Engagement:

• Nurture a positive and cooperative team environment that promotes open dialogue, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Acknowledge and reward team members' accomplishments and contributions.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform quality audits on customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
