Customer Service Coordinator

We are searching for a confident and energetic casual Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team based in our Melbourne Office.

Working in an energetic and KPI driven environment, the candidate must be able to work under pressure, handle demanding deadlines and accountability of your KPIs.

You will be joining a close knit team that support and work closely where there is never a dull moment.

The role is offering 20-30 hours per week Monday - Friday, plus the occasional weekend availability is required. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of Mystery Shopping and Auditing Jobs nationally
  • Assigning/allocating Mystery Shopping and Auditing jobs based on strict predefined parameters to ensure quality and 100% completion within client deadlines
  • Managing field team enquiries in relation to mystery shops and system troubleshooting.
  • Assessing mystery shopper reports and proving feedback.

Essential criteria:

  • Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Outgoing and energetic personality that connects immediately with people
  • Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Previous experience in retail or in a call centre or ordering systems environment is desired
  • Must be willing to work occasional weekends
