Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, and ensuring effective account management and ERP project delivery. You will play a central role in Octane’s key customer interactions, driving satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and trusting partnerships.
You will spearhead customer relationships and sales processes. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating Octane’s sales process, managing existing key accounts, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction, and driving organic sales growth. You will oversee the entire sales cycle and be given a high level of accountability and ownership.
