The role
This a critical role in which you'll make an impact on both the code base as well as from the perspective of people management. Your experiences will allow you to make contributions as an individual contributor while also leading, managing and guiding junior engineers as an engineering stakeholder.

The role sits within our product development team, and you’ll report to Michael Shaw, our CTO. Blended Health Bar is now looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join their team.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

Menu Planning in collaboration with the chefs to produce innovative dishes
Organising and planning events to benefit restaurant community and create excellent experiences for new and existing customers
Organising and pricing itemise accordance with a preset budget
Keeping track of inventory levels and financial transactions
Assuring that eating facilities are clean, functional and in accordance with the health regulations
Ensuring the selection, training and supervision processes of hiring new personnel are in order
Ability to handle bookings, greet customers and assist with taking orders at a larger scale, thus through the supervision of the whole restaurant

About you:
At least 2 years of experience as Cafe Manager;
Ability to produce an excellent culinary and restaurant experience for customers;
Extremely creative;
Excellent time management, scheduling, managerial, and organisational skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and under pressure

We are a TESLA approved repairer leading the way in EV repairs for the region and have a
strong emphasis on bringing as many sublets in house to minimise repair delays and offsite vehicle movements.

As our workshop manager, you will be responsible for managing our workflow and delegating jobs to ensure our repairs are on time and of a high standard.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as a workshop manager may include:

• Capturing all costs and labour in each job to ensure a profitable job and a quality repair.
• Managing the workflow of the workshop, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that any maintenance or repairs are carried out promptly.
• Managing the team of panel beaters and spray painters, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe
work practices.
• Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out in the workshop, including job sheets, invoices, and other documentation.
• Liaising with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the work carried out.
In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be required to perform other duties as needed. These may include:
• Assisting with panel beating or spray painting work as needed.
• Ordering supplies and equipment for the workshop.
