Ability to work by the job and not times and targets?
Tired of counting cars P/W and want to focus on production value?

We are a close, very capable and well-equipped team committed to delivering our customers with high quality repairs delivered on time and right the first time.

We are a TESLA approved repairer leading the way in EV repairs for the region and have a

As our workshop manager, you will be responsible for managing our workflow and delegating jobs to ensure our repairs are on time and of a high standard.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities as a workshop manager may include:

• Capturing all costs and labour in each job to ensure a profitable job and a quality repair.
• Managing the workflow of the workshop, ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that any maintenance or repairs are carried out promptly.
• Managing the team of panel beaters and spray painters, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe
work practices.
• Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out in the workshop, including job sheets, invoices, and other documentation.
• Liaising with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the work carried out.
In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be required to perform other duties as needed. These may include:
• Assisting with panel beating or spray painting work as needed.
• Ordering supplies and equipment for the workshop.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and duties. The specific requirements of the role may vary depending on the needs of the business.
