Your day will include:

• Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people so they have a safe and beautiful place to live

What do we look for in a Care Worker? 

• You care about assisting our aged community so they can live independently at home for longer. 
• You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
• You don’t sweat the small stuff; sometimes your customer will be having a bad day or traffic delays you. You know not to take this personally and to shake it off before your next customer.
• You're available to work at least 3 days - Monday - Friday. No night or weekend work here.
• You're comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help. 
• Willingness to undergo upskilling and training to learn personal care skills to take on added responsibilities and duties as part of your role after 3 months of employment at KinCare

A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. THE ROLE

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood/ Education

• Expert knowledge in child development and the ability to identify developmental issues. 

• Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities, including the implementation of effective strategies for families to practice at home and other settings.
