Marketing Officer/Specialist – Full-time
SALARY $74,500 per year + Superannuation

DUTIES
• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy and campaign aimed at achieving organizational sales objectives. This plan will involve creating, designing, and executing targeted initiatives to effectively drive results and meet business goals.
• Monitoring industry trends, including innovations in electric vehicles (EVs) and battery technology.
• Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
• Managing campaigns that emphasize environmental benefits, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of automotive batteries.
• Building partnerships with dealerships and automotive repair shops.
• Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to improve products and services.
• Overseeing the company's website to ensure it accurately reflects the brand, provides valuable information to visitors, and drives conversions.
• Develop social media plans based on content strategy and campaign plans.
• Report on Campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve customer engagement.
• Setting marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 1-2 years’ experience in related field
• At least Bachelor level qualification related to business or Marketing.
• Any additional relevant qualification related to Marketing and some knowledge related to the automotive industry would be highly considered.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Take accountability for the financial reporting and management of Sales and Marketing budget.
