As an In-House Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our brand's B2C marketing strategies. You will be at the heart of driving brand awareness, consideration, growth, and the brand with existing patients.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and brand always-on strategies that resonate with our target audiences. You will be the key point person across all brand marketing efforts and support departments across Montu with brand-building initiatives.

This position will report directly to the Head of Brand, with accountability to ensure delivery of brand-building activities aligned to the Montu Marketing strategy and objectives, across the following areas:

• Own marketing relationships with Tier 1 Enterprise partners like Myer, David Jones, eBay, The Iconic, Jetstar, Ticketek, etc. 
• Develop marketing strategies and initiatives for allocated portfolio that deliver to joint business objectives, utilising data and customer insights to drive decision making. 
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with all campaign stakeholders including consumer marketing, compliance, service and sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless process and execution of campaign activity. 
• Reporting: Own all campaign reporting, with the support of your Manager and analytics leads.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage the portfolio co-marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Lead external agencies from brief to implementation and be accountable for ROI
• Champion our brand, customer & merchant value propositions – externally and internally
• Bring fresh thinking, new, innovative ideas, and experimentation into the approach to aid learning and drive ongoing performance improvement

• Play an active part of the Partner Marketing Team, understanding accurately the partner portfolio priorities, and pro-actively proposing initiatives that translate at trade level.

As the Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for acquiring new pharmacy business through a combination of prospecting, qualifying marketing-generated leads, and pharmacy enquiries and registrations.  

You will manage and nurture these pharmacies, and an existing portfolio of pharmacies, for continued growth, being their dedicated point of contact to add value.  You will liaise with colleagues to transition these into high volume pharmacies, whom will then progress to be managed by a Key Account Manager.  Additionally you will be responsible for system administration of new pharmacies, and supporting the pharmacy order journey to ensure their goods are approved, processed and delivered on time. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identification and acquisition of new partners to Leafio, through high levels of phone and email based communication, working to monthly targets
• Work with the Head of Sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
• Order volume growth of your existing portfolio, working to a monthly target of average sale per pharmacy
• Build, maintain and nurture your relationships and pipeline, recording all interactions in our CRM
• Resolving any partner issues and concerns
• Communicate the launch of new products or ranges available to pharmacies and drive the uptake of product orders
• Manage our internal systems to ensure pharmacy accounts are correctly established and up to date at all times
• Assist our customer support with administration as needed, to ensure pharmacy orders are processed efficiently

The Marketing Manager for Valuation & Advisory Services, Strategic Advisory, Healthcare & Retirement Living Transactions is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of the National portfolio’s marketing strategy.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the broader team, this role will ensure a consistent, timely and strategic approach is taken to all brand and marketing campaigns. This will include, but not be limited to, developing & reporting on a client engagement strategy, preparing high quality submissions and client presentations, internal and external communications, and developing digital collateral such as video, webinar, email, and social media content.

Some of the key responsibilities include the following:

• Develop and execute an annual national marketing plan incorporating digital and client engagement.
• Preparation and coordination of client presentations, submissions, and marketing campaign support.
• Build the senior leaders' profiles, aligned to their unique, specialised personal brand.
• Design and coordinate national lead generation campaigns and develop relevant ROI metrics to measure the success of each campaign and ensure that they are consistently improved upon, cementing our position as industry leaders.
• Support our APAC Client Engagement strategy and work with our Asia based marketing team.
• Act as the custodian of the portfolio content on colliers.com.au and regularly review and update this info. In addition, look to develop other digital initiatives to help the team deliver content and promote themselves to key clients.
• Master all marketing platforms for the portfolio and assist administration staff with ongoing training and support to drive a best-in-class sales and marketing culture.
• Project manage and produce high end proposals / submissions which includes the coordination and formatting of marketing materials, particularly information pertaining to the team’s track record and point of difference.
• Deliver memorable services to all internal clients and external contents.
