We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist who is deeply passionate about the AEC-O industry and strongly believes in the potential of Digital twin technology to revolutionise this field. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with some of the world's largest organisations that build, operate, and manage facilities.

Responsibilities
Grow the overall Autodesk Tandem business in your territory through developing and executing a business plan and growth strategies to achieve team sales and revenue objectives
Qualify inbound leads and identify expansion opportunities across existing Autodesk customers
Collaborate with the broader Autodesk teams to create and drive opportunities within our prioritised target industries and segments
Partner with Customer Success to align on customer growth plans, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing use of Tandem
Develop and lead customer presentations and product demonstrations that are informative, compelling and customer outcome centered
Deliver on quarterly and yearly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts to leadership
Develop sales collateral in a variety of formats to share and conduct training sessions with the broader Autodesk sales teams
Utilise sales and CRM tools to optimise your customer engagement strategy and effectiveness
Stay up to date on current industry news, trends, and competitors
Partner and collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to translate customer challenges into workflow solutions and best practices
Attend and support trade shows and events as needed
Travel to key customer sites and participate in Executive Briefings as requested
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience selling SaaS technology to both enterprise and mid-market customers (Smart Building Technology and/or AEC-O industry strongly preferred)
5+ Years of software sales experience in quota carrying roles
Strong work ethic, highly adaptable, goal and results oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take initiative, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively both in person and remotely with our Global direct and indirect sales teams
Estimated travel for this position is between 10-20%
