About The Role...Based in Townsville and working as part of a vibrant and energetic team you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information and service as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties. Some of the main responsibilities of this role include: Creating quotes and taking customer orders (by phone and email), Providing support to our sales teams, Following up on customer complaints and product returns, Liaising with delivery drivers to follow up on customer orders.
