Job Description:
At Educonnecting, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be critical in shaping and driving our marketing strategies, enhancing sales performance, and fostering wellness initiatives within our community. The Sales and Marketing Manager will work closely with other managers and team members to develop, implement, and manage innovative marketing and sales initiatives. Additionally, this role includes wellness responsibilities, so experience in mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being will be highly regarded.
Your responsibilities will include:
Formulate and implement policies for sales, marketing, public relations, and advertising in consultation with other managers.
Direct the development of new marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, and promotional events.
Organise and control sales activities, including setting product mix, defining geographical sales areas, and establishing customer service standards.
Lead initiatives that promote mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being within our student and partner communities.
Work closely with the Wellness and Community teams to integrate health and wellness support services into marketing strategies.
Key selection criteria
Education / Qualifications:
A degree in Business, marketing or other related field and extensive relevant experience, preferably in an industry and/or learning and development setting; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
Knowledge and skills:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
Demonstrated success in managing sales strategies, advertising campaigns, and public relations efforts.
Experience in wellness, particularly related to mental, emotional, and physical well-being, would be an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in Spanish and English (essential), and proficiency in Portuguese (desirable) to effectively interact with partners in Australia and the Americas.
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative efforts with various departments.
Knowledge of the culture in the Americas is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and find innovative solutions.

The role may occasionally require additional hours during peak periods.
Flexibility in working arrangements, with the possibility of remote work.

Salary: AUD $74000 + Superannuation per year
