EnCollab (ABN 46 113 843 468) is a supplier of automotive software worldwide to original equipment manufacturers in the automotive, trucks and heavy equipment industries. We sell our software via customer relationships and referrals from existing customers. To extend our reach, we need to be smart about our marketing and positioning within those industries.
We are now seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to join our team at Mount Cotton in Queensland. We are looking for someone who either holds the relevant bachelors degree, or has at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in the role.
As a Marketing Officer, your role will be to identify market opportunities and advise the business on the implementation of plans etc. to promote our products. Your everyday responsibilities will include:
• Undertaking market research to identify opportunities for our products;
• Advising management on marketing strategies and plans to effectively reach target markets, raise brand awareness, and promote our products;
• Creating marketing campaigns and materials, including managing the business website and social media channels;
• Efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines consistently;
• Working closely with the management and sales team to ensure marketing materials are effectively tailored to our target audience, including performing regular review of the marketing materials to ensure they are up-to-date;
• Analysing data to determine marketing efficiency; and
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas.
In addition, the right candidate will be required to have great inter-personal skills, to work as a team. You must be a self-starter and willing to go the extra mile to get stuff done, and not wait for detailed instructions. You need to be able to fill in the blanks and give it a go.
This is a full-time position offering a generous salary between $70,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation to the right candidate (depending on experience).
