What we’re looking for:
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Executive relationship management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ideally, but not essential, New Business Sales Outreach / Experience in SDR Role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare scope documents, proposals, and estimates, ensuring all data is accurate
- Manage inbound marketing leads, including scheduling initial qualification calls
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or resolve queries and follow up on potential and lost deals for updates and feedback
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, customer records and develop monthly sales reports
- Ensure Sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Provide administrative support for sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tender documents
- Conduct outreach to new business prospects and communicate important customer feedback internally
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to provide insights on lead quality and feedback.
- Adhere to Sope policies and procedures
- Complete other duties as required by Sope management
