Internal Sales Representative: Engineering

Position: Fulltime Permanent, based in Bayswater Victoria
Responsibilities Include:
Dealing with all inbound customer inquiries including phone calls, emails and request for quotes.
Responsible for supporting the customers in ensuring they pick the right product for their needs, by using internal product guides.
Navigating the Internal System to create jobs/orders
Providing world-class customer service and sales skills
Pay: $ 70k - $75k p/a Super Annual bonus scheme
Competence:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in managing relationships and expectations across different levels.
