We are looking for a ‘Technical Sales Specialist’ to join the APAC Spatial Biology Division, with a primary focus on selling high-end spatial biology capital equipment, as well as associated services, consumables, software, and accessories, to academia, biopharma, biotech, and contract research organizations to support discovery, translational and clinical research programs. The role initially involves supporting our customers in sales activities across APAC. It requires a solid technical foundation with knowledge of immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, in-situ hybridization, spatial biology, or other tissue biomarker analysis applications, an excellent business acumen, a strong experience in building and managing complex sales pipeline, and managing customer accounts. As the first Lunaphore salesperson located in APAC, the role will include setting up regional sales strategies and tactics. We are therefore seeking a hard-working, determined individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about taking Lunaphore and the Spatial Biology Division of Bio-Techne to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned territory sales quotas
• Develop and execute regional, territory, and account-specific sales strategies
• Drive capital equipment sales cycle from initial engagement to closing
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive sales objectives and exceed targets
• Engage with and qualify new leads to generate new sales opportunities
• Contribute to identification, selection, onboarding, and management of distributors / channel partners across the region.
• Attend conferences, events, and seminars and present key products and applications
• Develop a strong technical knowledge of Lunaphore product portfolio and the corresponding spatial biology landscape, and be able to deliver meaningful presentations and insights to scientists working across a wide range of applications, and research stages
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Marketing…) to provide world-class customer satisfaction
• Identify and share relevant market feedback
• Maintain an accurate sales forecast, track, and report sales activities in CRM
• This position includes frequent traveling to customer sites (50-70%) and occasional traveling to Singapore and other APAC office locations

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at CARS24 in Victoria, Australia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales process, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will be critical in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Complete Ownership of Sales Process: You will take complete ownership of the sales process for our marketplace, from the generation of leads to pre-delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing and streamlining the entire sales journey.
2. Driving After-Market Sales: You will be responsible for driving financing, extended warranty, and other value-added after-market sales. Maximizing the penetration of these services will be vital in increasing overall revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Performance Management: As a Sales Manager, you will be in charge of motivating and leading the sales teams, both over the phones and on the ground. Your ability to inspire and mentor the team will be essential in achieving sales targets and enhancing productivity.

1. Providing Feedback to Support Teams: You will work closely with the Sourcing, Refurb, and Pricing teams, providing them with consistent feedback on customer needs and market trends. This collaboration is crucial in aligning our strategies and enhancing the overall sales process.
2. Ensuring 5-Star Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service is a top priority. You will work tirelessly to ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience throughout their journey with Cars24.
3. Collaboration with Other Teams: Being a team player, you will work in sync with the logistics and customer experience teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Objectives and Key Results (OKRs):

1. Total Sales Targets: You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall revenue growth.
2. Lead to Net Sale Conversion Ratio: Optimizing the conversion ratio of leads into successful sales is a key metric to ensure efficient lead management and enhance overall sales performance.
3. Total Value-Added-Services Penetration: Increasing the adoption of value-added services, such as financing and extended warranty, will be essential in maximizing revenue and improving customer experience.
4. Efficiency of Overall Spend: As the Sales Manager, you will work towards optimizing the cost of sales to achieve greater profitability for the company.
5. CSAT and NPS Scores: Monitoring and improving Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) will be crucial in ensuring our customers' loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.

• Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets in either of the following industries: automotive industry (sales or service) or retail environments, such as grocery, food delivery, electronics retail, or any other consumer-facing industry, showcases the candidate's ability to engage with customers, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
