The 9Optimum Performance Campaign Manager is a crucial role within the Operations Team, providing the foundation for programmatic success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of performance campaign implementation, monitoring pacing and campaign reporting.

You will work closely with your Team Lead to produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service, and deliver against targets. In addition, you will be highly analytic and have acute attention to details enabling you to analyse campaign trends and use audience and insights to formulate strategic recommendations future briefs.

Finally, the 9Optimum Performance Campaign Manager drives assurances in maintaining Brand Safety initiatives by monitoring Third Party partners and internal site lists.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for implementation, troubleshooting and optimisation strategies to help improve campaign pacing and performance
• Provide campaign reporting in a timely and accurate manner
• Consistently achieve desired outcomes for clients across all programmatic products, demonstrating proactivity to find solutions to challenges as they arise
• Use new and innovative capabilities (both internal and 3rd party) to improve operational efficiency and reduce non-value add work
• Ensure 100% accuracy within all systems when managing financial information including, but not limited to, reporting, Booking tools, reconciliations, and forecasts
• Run weekly WIP meetings with key stakeholders to ensure all campaigns are hitting their delivery and performance goals
• Deliver campaigns across the Nine network, as well as trade competitively across premium third-party inventory, ensuring the management of margin
• Create and implement pixels to effectively track user behaviour

An exciting opportunity has come up for someone to step into a 12 months Parental Leave cover as People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner, and truly make an impact on business and commercial outcomes.

The P&C Business Partner will partner with Nine’s Radio, Finance & Sales teams across Australia -  creating and delivering people strategy across all three businesses, as well as managing all Learning & Development programs across the remit. 

Working with our Talk Radio Stations 2GB, 3AW, 4BC and 6PR, you will partner directly with the Managing Director of Nine Radio and play a key role on the Radio Leadership Team to create and implement people strategy across Nine Radio, as well as taking the lead on People Strategy with our Finance Leadership team. 

Additionally, this role plays a critical part in the Learning & Development of our National Sales Team. Line managing our Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a full suite of learning content, modules and programs to upskill the teams in line with business objectives and strategy. 

This role would suit an experienced P&C Business Partner with previous experience partnering with Senior Executives and an interest in Learning & Development. 

The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate at a strategic level, manage through ambiguity and complexity - whilst not being afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump into the detail. 

Responsibilities 

• Working with the Head of People and Culture, develop people strategies across Sales, Radio & Finance that enables us to attract, develop  and retain key talent - which is tailored to the individual business needs

• Sitting across leadership teams in Radio & Finance, partner with senior stakeholders to understand the individual strategic challenges of each business unit and create people strategy to allow the achievement of commercial and business outcomes 

• Take a lead role in the design, creation and implementation of Learning & Development programs across Sales (Sales Academy), Create learning content, identify external providers and deliver a learning framework aligned to Sales strategy and future skills building 

• Create and deliver learning programs as needed across Finance & Radio gaining buy in from senior stakeholders and momentum in delivery, engagement and embedding 

• Create, drive and deliver key people initiatives across the business, including Performance & Development plans, Leadership capability, Talent & Succession, Health & wellbeing and Reward & Recognition programs  

• Provide day-to-day advice and support to People Leaders (e.g., coaching, counselling,  career development, disciplinary actions) with the ability to challenge, and influence, driving engagement with the sales teams.

• Drive engagement with the business units through communications, regular information updates and listening strategies

• Positively contribute to the development of an engaged and aligned Nine culture by role-modelling our Values and Behaviours

• Embed a high-performance culture through coaching leaders to manage performance

• Work with the broader People and Culture team to support company wide initiatives in collaboration with the COE’s including Leadership Development, Development Conversations, Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition initiatives

In your role as Engineering Manager, you’ll be leading the web engineering team responsible for one of our most valuable subscription products, The Australian Financial Review. You’ll play a vital role in helping your team grow their skills professionally while delivering the product & technology roadmap for the authoritative brand on business, finance and investment news in Australia.

The trade marketing team is the B2B marketing function at Nine, including marketers, event managers and designers who together create meaningful sales collateral, campaigns and events that influence and change the perception of Nine’s brands and products in the eyes of advertisers, creative agencies, media buyers and industry press. The division sits within Nine’s Group Marketing function.

Reporting to the Head of Content, the Group Trade Marketing Manager is directly involved in planning, developing and executing trade campaigns and initiatives, overseeing timely go-to-market collateral across Total Television, Publishing and Audio, working with stakeholders to achieve key business outcomes and being the key contact for Internal Communications. With 2x direct reports, this role is responsible for overseeing wider team projects, managing multiple tasks at any given time, as well as supporting, guiding and inspiring the team to grow.

Note - This role is a 13 month maternity leave cover contract. 

Role responsibilities:

• Work closely with Content Partnerships stakeholders to lead medium scale go-to-markets across Total Television, Publishing & Audio brands
• Lead comms planning & execution across Nine’s owned channels: LinkedIn, our corporate website NineforBrands.com.au, fortnightly Nine Insights newsletters & internal Audience Insights reporting
• Support on initiatives such as Nine’s Talking Media podcast production 
• Lead Powered by Nine case study execution 
• Support on post campaign reporting & analysis, including bringing new ideas & initiatives to the table
