Minimum Requirements
A degree (BS/BA) in Architecture, Engineering, or Planning 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications
10 years of accumulated professional experience
Licensed Architect or Engineer (RA, PE) in the United States (California preferably)
Good written and verbal communication, including technical writing
IAM and/or PMP certification
Experience managing all phases of capital projects
Broad knowledge of building and construction, design, including advanced understanding of industry practices
Ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Access)
Comfortable with learning and using digital data collection tools and online platforms.
Enterprise asset management system experience helpful.
Manages complex planning studies, development applications and reviews.
Develops plans, studies and analyses on regional basis.
Conducts meetings and presents reports and other findings to staff with advisory boards and client
