About the role

As Konica Minolta transforms to provide a holistic range of IT services, we have a very exciting opportunity for a passionate Digital Marketing & Performance Manager, keen to develop their skills within a dynamic and fast- moving landscape, to join our National Marketing team! Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will lead the Konica Minolta Digital Marketing Team to develop, socialise and execute the digital marketing strategy, ensuring to deliver on core KPI’s of increasing lead generation, improving customer engagement and driving better cost per acquisition.  

• Develop the short, mid, and long-term digital marketing strategy, informed through use of insights gained through data analytics.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, implementing strategic performance focussed initiatives.
• Manage Digital agencies - communicating briefs, developing strategic approaches towards business needs and ensuring optimisation.
• Drive improvement in Digital channels including email, automation, website, search engine marketing, social media and paid digital advertising.
• Execute webinars and digital event support as required.
• Collaborate with global digital marketing counterparts to share knowledge and ensure alignment with global strategy.
• Coach, mentor and guide the team with their daily tasks while also ensuring their personal development and growth.

Who are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing.
• Preferably with management experience.
• Experience in implementing digital marketing strategies in a B2B sales environment, including marketing automation.
• Experience in website development, optimising landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital/technical platforms.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

The General Manager for F45 Training, Inc. across the APAC region will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives related to operations management, franchise network performance, and strategic planning with the APAC franchise network. The key roles and responsibilities are:

• Assess and identify key challenges and opportunities that currently exist in the APAC network; develop strategic plan focused on driving successful recovery and ongoing operations of the region; present plans and results directly to the C-Suite and Leadership Team for discussion and approval of major strategic initiatives for the APAC region. 
• Establish strong relationships and credibility across all levels of business line management. As the APAC leader, responsible for designing performance management processes, mobility processes, and communication tools. Collaborate in design, infrastructure, and communication. 
• Maintain a collaborative, cohesive work environment by assisting, leading, and influencing the franchisor organization at various levels and with franchise partners.
• Facilitate the development and acclimatization of our franchise partners to support and deliver initiatives that support our strategic goals. Establish critical success factors, goals, and systematic key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable tracking of franchise partners’ health after new studios are opened and post-opening franchises are established.
• Establish accountability, urgency, and effectiveness while providing guidance, encouraging engagement, and providing support. This includes client relationship management (CRM), network communications, and network coordination (virtual) monthly communication. Regularly communicate successes and roadblocks to your manager to better inform the team’s goals and targets.
• Coordinate with internal constituencies to produce a report that summarize the performance of the APAC franchise network; update the report on a regular basis and distribute to C-Suite and Leadership Team with key insights.
• Participate and assist in planning annual conventions, summits, seminars, and business meetings. Attend franchise grand openings as directed and coordinate with preferred “partners” on business operations and strategic events.
• Develop and implement strategic action plans to deliver on brand and unit-level performance objectives by overseeing franchisee success strategies that create operational efficiencies and EBITDA growth.
• Analyze long-term requirements and make recommendations and proposals for implementing strategies geared towards driving business success in the APAC region.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will bring the following skills, abilities, experiences, and credentials:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years prior related experience in a management position within a franchise business model required. 
• Prior experience in operations leadership and/or performance management in fitness franchises preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning required. 
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams required.
• Requires knowledge of fitness industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the APAC market.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing market dynamics required.
• Requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the APAC region.
