As a Regional Account Manager, you will focus on Critical Infrastructure and Public Sector Accounts, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities in our growing territory. You are the primary point of contact for these accounts and are accountable for delivering at above-quota sales performance in your region. You develop trusted relationships at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. Your Impact

• You will specifically be responsible for acquiring and managing Critical Infrastructure and Public Sector accounts in Queensland

• Employing world-class account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the target accounts

• Be a highly competent presenter, with a proven track record in selling to C-level executives

• Develop and maintain detailed account profiles including organisational charts for all accounts to be reviewed by management on a quarterly basis

• Facilitate communication on strategic and tactical issues facing our clients and partners

• Maintain continuity and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target markets

• Develop market strategies and goals for each product and service - understand the strategies, goals, and objectives of accounts

• Lead coordinating account strategy and tactics for sales support team (inside sales, systems engineering, sales management)

• Take full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process

• Extensive domestic travel and possible International travel as necessary

BESIX Watpac is seeking a Project Safety Coordinator to be based on a large-scale, correctional facility project in Woodford, with expected completion in 2027.

This role will be responsible for:

• Assist the Project Manager in the development and implementation of the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Conduct operational audits, site observations and inspections, and toolbox talks.
• Investigate all injuries, illnesses and notifiable incidents that arise at the BESIX Watpac workplace or through BESIX Watpac activities related to the project.
• Assist in the development and implementation of emergency procedures for the project.
• Assist in the facilitation of consultation with workers and other duty holders, including employees of subcontractors.
• Maintain project records in accordance with BESIX Watpac's National Safety Management System.
• Assist in the review of Subcontractor OHS performance at the start of the contract through to completion of contract.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure new starter documents for setting up new employees is complete and accurate;
• Provide guidance and support to leaders on onboarding and induction programs for new employees;
• Oversee probationary period reviews including audits, reminders and confirmations;
• Support leaders and employees with HR related queries in a supportive and timely manner;
• Work closely with the wider HR Team to support the businesses and collaboratively drive key HR initiatives/projects;
• Provide general support on a range of administrative and operational matters to ensure the effective running of HR;

Your New Role

As the territory manger you will be responsible for understanding the commercial dynamics of your designated territory and Pharmacy customers with the goal of achieving sales, distribution, training, and merchandising targets within a marketing cycle period.

You will be responsible for aligning the brand messaging, marketing strategies and key account promotion plans to maximise the consumer reach of products and the company’s brands in store.

Key Duties

·         Develop and execute a territory plan to ensure cycle objectives are achieved.

·         Track and review sales targets each cycle to ensure objectives are being met.

·         Ensure territory coverage is completed as per store grading expectations.

·         Sell, detail, and train all products as per cycle priorities in line with brand strategies.

·         Minimum 2 years selling experience in relevant industries such as Pharmacy or FMCG, (Pharmacy preferred)

·         Drivers Licence and willingness to travel.
