Your New Role
As the territory manger you will be responsible for understanding the commercial dynamics of your designated territory and Pharmacy customers with the goal of achieving sales, distribution, training, and merchandising targets within a marketing cycle period.
You will be responsible for aligning the brand messaging, marketing strategies and key account promotion plans to maximise the consumer reach of products and the company’s brands in store.
Key Duties
· Develop and execute a territory plan to ensure cycle objectives are achieved.
· Track and review sales targets each cycle to ensure objectives are being met.
· Ensure territory coverage is completed as per store grading expectations.
· Sell, detail, and train all products as per cycle priorities in line with brand strategies.
· Maximise in store support of all promotional lines for banner group promotions as detailed by the Key Account manager.
· Utilize cycle deals to leverage off locations and Point of Sale (POS) in store, and or on the shelf.
· Build relationships with buyers and store staff providing product training to leverage support for merchandising our brands to reach consumers.
· Update CRM during each call to ensure orders are placed accurately, that calls are recorded in a compliant way and records are maintained for reporting purposes.
· Maintain professional knowledge with a view to train all staff in store including Pharmacists, Pharmacist Interns, Retail Managers, Pharmacy Assistants with varying degrees of experience.
· Minimum 2 years selling experience in relevant industries such as Pharmacy or FMCG, (Pharmacy preferred)
· Drivers Licence and willingness to travel.
· Organisational Skills with the ability to plan and manage your own territory.
· Excellent communication and selling skills showing a customer service mindset.
· Professional presentation skills.
· A supportive national close-knit team with varying experiences to tap into.
· A small portfolio of products allowing for greater connection with customers.
· Products ranged in National banner groups.
· Victorian West territory – comprising Western suburbs and Geelong
· Regional travel – 1 week per quarter (Western District to Warrnambool)
