Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across the Western Sydney area with suburbs including Parramatta and Blacktown, you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below: 

• Selling in core and NPD products
• Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Develop strong store relationships
• New line pre-sell and building of range distribution
• Implementation of product layouts
• Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity

About the Role

About You
