As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.

• Complete beauty treatments in a professional manner
• Assist guests with advice to support their beauty and health regime
• Utilise your expertise, experience and knowledge to recommend treatments and tailor treatments for guests
• Share innovative ideas to promote product sales, guest loyalty, and exceptional customer service
• Create a friendly safe environment for guest to enjoy services 
• Supervise and lead the beauty therapist team- provide coaching and guidance where needed

• Attend morning briefings, groups meeting, payroll, hotel inventory meeting as well as coverage for our committees incase our department representative cannot be present.
• Assist Club Millesime Manager with the financial aspects in Club Millesime such as budgets, stock take, payroll, PNL and forecast.
• Assist with training and development of the team.
• Assist in creating rosters to fit the business needs in a two week in advance bracket at minimum.
