- Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
- Ensure personalised, efficient, luxury service is provided to all guests.
- Promote a healthy working relationship with all departments in a bid to ensure all possible information is communicated, in the best interests of the guest’s and the hotel’s operations.
- Constantly strive to initiate new concepts and procedures to ensure that Club Millesime provides exceptional, personalised service to our guests.
- Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude.
- Assist with responses to Trip Advisor, Trust You, Medallia and guest comment cards on a daily/weekly basis.
- Work with the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage for updates and enhance the service and food offerings in Club Millesime.
- Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high, luxury service standard.
- Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
- Attend morning briefings, groups meeting, payroll, hotel inventory meeting as well as coverage for our committees incase our department representative cannot be present.
- Assist Club Millesime Manager with the financial aspects in Club Millesime such as budgets, stock take, payroll, PNL and forecast.
- Assist with training and development of the team.
- Assist in creating rosters to fit the business needs in a two week in advance bracket at minimum.
