We are looking for a Lead Engineer to join our Shared Services Domain!

The Shared Services Group provides the operations, process improvement and shared core banking and technology applications that enable and support Cuscal’s business units. The portfolio of applications and technology services is large and broad, including core systems and gateways, settlement and disputes, billing, and client portals and access management. 

As the Lead Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across the activities of design, develop, test and maintenance of high-quality software to meet business and customer needs within a squad. This position is responsible for defining technical solution designs, identifying and removing technical blockers and risks, and driving good practices and standards which ensure overall software quality and outcomes. Where applicable, the role will also have people leadership responsibilities within their squad to help uplift people capabilities.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Driving technical solution design, estimation and delivery whilst ensuring alignment with the domain architectural strategies
• Performing code reviews to ensure that solutions meet the quality standards and requirements
• Contributing to and ensure adherence to the Governance, Standards and Policies defined by the Engineering practice.
• Working with the Domain Engineer and other Lead Engineers in defining the Dev, Test and Ops practices and controls and embed these within the Team.
• Contributing to the Strategic Technical Roadmaps (0-2 years) in conjunction with the product and architecture team.
• Leading the technical discussions and decisions which come out of the Backlog grooming, solution designing and estimation sessions.
• Hire and onboard the right people for software engineering team, including defining roles and responsibilities, attracting, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates.
• Build and maintain a cohesive team that works well together, fostering a culture of collaboration and communication, encouraging knowledge sharing, and providing opportunities for effective teamwork.

What You’ll Do 

The Senior Analytics Lead reports into the Senior Manager, Business Operations and Enablement with one direct report and working cross functionally with Roadside business leaders to drive data-lead decision making. This role is integral to analysing and providing data insights across a wide range of data types, forming conclusions, and storytelling to outline complex business problems.

• Ability to lead analytics streams within major programs  
• Experience in partnering closely with business areas to understand what’s important to them to think one step ahead 
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to connect the dots between functions 
• Experience in developing junior team members  
• Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills  
• Ability to work with operational, commercial and customer data  
• Experience with Tableau, GCP/Big Query, Google Analytics  
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools 
• Proficient in think-cell

We are currently recruiting for an experienced hands-on dynamic Communications and Change Lead for a 9-month contract. This role is integral to our program's success, focusing on crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies, managing numerous stakeholders and adeptly managing, developing and implementing the associated changes. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement.
2. Identify change impacts on business as a result of various program initiatives and design, develop and lead associated change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of business changes. Including development and delivery of training materials. 
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align communication strategies with business objectives.
4. Create and deliver compelling content for various platforms, including written materials, presentations, and digital channels.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and transparency.
6. Analyse business readiness and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

You'll need to have a high level of operating agility and previously worked on various complex projects, previous healthcare or insurance experience would be advantageous.
