We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our established team at Windsor Neighbourhood Centre on a permanent part-time basis. Located in a peaceful setting with an expansive natural outdoor play area, Windsor Neighbourhood Centre provides a unique learning environment that encourages creativity and exploration for up to 54 children. About You: To be successful in this role, you should have the passion and drive to help children feel safe and secure, encouraging them to express their interests and ideas. You will enhance their ideas through our educational program, which requires daily planningexperience in this area is essential. You should be kind, caring, and capable of guiding both your assistant and the children through their learning journeys. Details:
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
Remuneration: Generous Above Award wages Super
