About the Opportunity

Our client is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across the Greater Melbourne area, you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below: 

• Driving On-shelf-Availability by identifying and rectifying storage, stock handling and out of stock challenges
• Negotiation of both Homesite and promotional activity to drive product visibility and sales
• Selling in core & NPD products whilst maximising upcoming and current promotional activity

• New line pre-sell and building of range distribution

The Account Management organisation is looking for a customer-facing leader to manage a team of Strategic Account Managers within the AU Account Management team. This manager will lead a team focused on the retention and growth of Square’s mid-market sellers, and will serve as a senior contact for the sellers managed within their team’s portfolio.
