In this dynamic 12-month project role, you’ll be responsible for driving the delivery of claims correspondence into our cutting-edge digital platform.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the transformation of claims correspondence delivery in partnership with Continuous Delivery and Claims Effectiveness teams.
• Managing and maintaining our letter and form catalogues, ensuring key regulatory compliance, including the Life Insurance Code of Practice.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure we deliver exceptional service and outcomes for our customers.

About the role:

What you will be doing: 

• Researching client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications

What you will need:   

• Minimum 5 years of commercial or corporate experience in Credit Assessment or Lending
• Consulting experience is ideal
• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems as well as application development. 
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML). 
• An understanding of appropriate application programming languages. 
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data migration projects, with a focus on OpenText integration.
• Strong knowledge of OpenText modules, including Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Content Server, and Extended ECM for SAP.
• Expertise in data mapping, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using OpenText tools and technologies.
