Rhys Evans Farm Machinery are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Accounting to join their team in Colac West Vic 3250.
- The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Plan, direct, monitor and control the activities of the Administrative Department
- Day to day, month-end and year-end accounting and management reports
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet and Profit & loss accounts
- Annual budget preparation with quarterly reviews and continuous monitoring
- Ensure all BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax and other statutory returns are completed.
- Compliance oversight
- Preparation of the monthly manufacturer reports
- Supervision of Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable
- Handle Payroll functions
- Oversight of DMS
- Process improvements and internal controls
- Assist in the annual external audit process, including submission of audited accounts to financiers and regulators
Skills and Abilities:
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified Accountant
- A Tertiary Qualification in Accounting or relevant
- Ability to work in a team environment
- CPA/CA qualification completed or ongoing
Salary range is $70,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience
