In this dynamic 12-month project role, you’ll be responsible for driving the delivery of claims correspondence into our cutting-edge digital platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the transformation of claims correspondence delivery in partnership with Continuous Delivery and Claims Effectiveness teams.
- Managing and maintaining our letter and form catalogues, ensuring key regulatory compliance, including the Life Insurance Code of Practice.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure we deliver exceptional service and outcomes for our customers.
- Administering change briefing sessions to keep key players informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Staying up to date with industry trends to anticipate business impacts and maintain excellence in claims collateral management.
