Position: Marketing Specialist
Location: 5/417 Ferntree Gully Road, Mount Waverley, 3149
Salary: $90k + superannuation.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing brand strategy and activation plans that will deliver desired financial, market and brand health KPIs.
2. Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution, including mixed-media modelling to help guide Marketing strategy.
3. Ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) is consistent and on brand.
4. Helped in preparing and implementing email marketing and automation strategies.
5. Managing and maintaining content on WordPress based on UI/UX and SEO best practices, and monitoring performance.
6. Development of general marketing materials including product catalogs, flyers, customer presentations and advertisements.
7. Content planning and copywriting for various media (newsletter, website, social media posts, media articles).
8. Assisted with the end-to-end recruitment process, offboarding of staff, and other daily recruitment tasks.
9. In charge of branding, merchandising, logistics, styling and setting up stalls when Ignite exhibits at various Expo’s, career fairs and career days at universities.

What you'll need to be considered for the role:

1. Master’s degree in marketing, advertising or related discipline
2. Must have at least 2 years of professional working experience as a Marketing specialist or a similar role.
3. Needs to have experience within the NDIS and disability sector.
4. Possess an extensive comprehension of marketing elements, which includes both traditional and digital marketing techniques such as SEO and social media, as well as market research methodologies.
5. Demonstrate proven experience in marketing data analytics and the relevant tools utilized in this area.
6. Possess a strong proficiency in computer skills, including applications such as MS Office, and other marketing software.
7. Full working rights within Australia.
