About the role:

The Ignition Key Accounts team helps accountants, bookkeepers and their clients transform the way they work together, and are responsible for driving Ignition’s long-term revenue expansion and customer retention.

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for guiding our customers through their journey as soon as they purchase Ignition. From supporting them through their roll-out plan, providing expertise on the professional services business model, to ensuring they are aware of the best practices they can apply to their own account, you will be the face of Ignition for the customer, and the expert they value the most. You always aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience while using the tools available to you to know when to engage and when to leave them to their own devices. 

You will aim to drive Ignition’s expansion revenue primarily through the adoption of our payment solution. You’ll look for opportunities within your customer portfolio to increase their attach rate. Equally, you’ll be tuned into the risks and take all the steps necessary to retain happy customers that are achieving their expected ROI.

What your day to day will look like:

• Proactively manage and grow a large portfolio of assigned customers.
• Build strong relationships with every single customer to help them complete their roll-out plan, achieve their expected ROI while increasing the potential for additional referrals
• Achieve new customer activation targets to ensure our most recently onboarded customers have an incredible first-experience with a speedy time to value. 
• Achieve monthly and annual payment volume targets while maintaining a customer-centric mindset.
• Identify areas of opportunity and/or concern based on usage patterns, research, and our customer maturity index.
• Serve as a cloud technology subject matter expert advising our customers of industry best practices for their sales process, onboarding, billing and payment collection, and renewal processes.
• Help build and deliver scaled content that helps support our customers’ journey. Create and host webinars, collaborate on articles and other educational materials that help deliver a scalable customer experience.
• Maintain, build, and grow collaborative relationships with our larger customers and partners. Lean on these relationships for webinars, seasonal campaigns, and case studies.
• Be the voice of the customer, provide customer insights to our product, marketing and sales team. You’ll be highlighting key points of innovation and improvements that will enhance the user experience, capabilities, features, and customer engagement processes that ensure rapid adoption, usage velocity, high renewal, and referral rates.
• Work with your fellow Key Account Managers globally, to identify and implement improvements to processes, documents, tools, and reports to benefit the team and clients.
• Attend trade shows and events where you’ll meet existing customers and potential customers.

Service Operations is responsible for the availability and reliability of the IT Services enabling Cuscal to make payments easy, accessible, and secure for our clients and partners. We look to provide Consistent, Reliable and Robust delivery of IT Services whilst enabling Agility and Continuous Improvement to enable Cuscal to remain competitive.

As the IT Service Continuity Manager, you will oversee all aspects of service continuity including Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning (BCP). This role will work with the business and external auditors to ensure all aspects of service continuity and recovery are being continuously planned and managed.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Disaster Recovery Plan creation, implementation, maintenance and recovery testing.
• Conducting technology impact, availability, and continuity risk assessments of critical technology assets.
• Recovery technology solution evaluation with various infrastructure technology domains.
• Conducting business impact analysis for each business segment to determine critical business processes, identify and justify recovery time periods and establish recovery resource requirements.
• Recommending recovery strategies and options and assisting with the implementation of the recovery solutions.
• Participates on project teams, provides templates and guidance for the documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Administering enterprise business continuity tools and provides training while conducting knowledge transfer regarding business continuity best practices.
• Establishing and coordinate business recovery testing methodologies.
• Executing internal business continuity plans to validate adequacy and understanding. As well as delivering training to key employees that will embed and execute them.
• Preparing reports on the company business recovery readiness for management and customers alike.

The Role:

As our newly appointed Key Account Manager you will have responsibility to actively manage the sales territory, key customer relationships and activities, support marketing activities, identify customer trends and opportunities, to achieve/ exceed territory sales targets. 

The role will focus primarily on national banner groups and OTC across Australia, to support the launch and sales of our latest product.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Meet/exceed sales and growth targets and deliver budgeted revenue.
• Engage with national buying groups and pharmacies to provide disease and product education/awareness.
• Attend industry conferences of relevant therapeutic areas to expand knowledge and communicate key findings to the greater team.
• Develop annual strategic territory action plan and strategy for assigned products, revised quarterly.
• Identify and engage with KOL’s to achieve advocacy as required.
• Follow through on customer commitments and requests promptly.
• Meet or exceed agreed reach and frequency targets with key HCPs.
• Monitor key financial areas including the recording of monthly sales and expenditure.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of therapy area to transfer into reasonable strategies and support future activities.
• Use strong technical knowledge and sales skills to build confidence in our brand.
• Contribute to strong cross functional relationships, specifically; Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, Medical and Distribution to support the execution of set objectives.

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales with a particular focus on OTC, pharmacy banner groups and major chain accounts.
• Tertiary qualification in science, health or business fields
• Completion of Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• A proven record in business planning with demonstrable sales success
• Highly organised with an ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
