The Role:
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to teams across ANZ. You'll be assisting the Executive Leadership Team with various administrative tasks and projects related to operational activities, handling diary management, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, and other ad-hoc tasks.


Coordinate and organize internal meetings, training sessions, social events, and external client meetings and workshops.
Manage both domestic and international travel arrangements
Assist with IT issues and escalate to the Service Desk as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee team events, annual leave, staff training, and planning.
