We have an outstanding opportunity to join our Front Office team as a Duty Manager! 

The role reports directly to the Front Office Manager and to the Director of Operations your primary responsibility is ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.

As Duty Manager, your tasks and responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with the management of all operational departments as required
• Management of roster, costings and forecasting
• Professional development of Guest Service Agents to ensure strong succession planning
• Involvement in and management of setting KPI's for Front Office & guest satisfaction
• Process and assist with check-in, check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered too.
• Assist in all areas of the hotel to eliminate potential issues including Food & Beverage operations
• Immediately attending to guest requests, and leading by example to other members of the team by being proactive and resourceful.
• Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.
• Overseeing of whole guest experience from Reservation through to departure.
• You are naturally a confident person who is able to approach people and initiate conversation.
• You are able to manage your time and can handle juggling numerous tasks at once and have experience.

The purpose of this role

As the Digital Manager you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery across your account ensuring a high standard on digital brief responses, WIPs, business/quarterly reviews, reporting and campaign performance.

You will ensure the performance of your client campaigns across paid search and ensure the investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building exceptionally strong relationships with them.

This role is a fixed term contract for a parental leave cover starting from January 2025 till May 2025.

Key responsibilities

• You will be accountable for campaign management, optimisation and analysis and work closely with our internal team, as well as the client to build out future-focussed testing and optimisation roadmaps.
• Paid search campaign management and comfortable working in-platform.
• You will have strong client servicing experience and provide client leadership on search strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities.
• Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams through paid search excellence.
• Oversee the execution and optimisation of paid search programs and campaigns.
• Assist the Search Director in managing client WIP and reporting meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives and provide analysis & insights that go beyond just the numbers, alongside key actions.

Ideal skills & experience

• Experienced managing large client budgets and sophisticated paid search campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to concurrently manage a team and candidate task list.
• Strong experience across SA360, Google Ads & Bing Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate media strategy into performance media solutions and accountability for achieving performance targets.

The Senior Manager, Enablement Support, will lead the establishment of a high-performing service delivery and assurance organisation aligned with the company’s Vision. This pivotal role involves defining functional processes, procedures, and team capabilities to ensure exceptional customer experiences and service delivery within SLAs.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership and development for provisioning, technical support, service management, and offshore teams. The role will also implement a robust service management framework based on ITIL best practices, encompassing operational support for Technology as a Service (TaaS).

Additionally, the Senior Manager will drive transformation initiatives to automate and enhance work practices. Collaborating across departments, they will spearhead opportunities to improve tools, processes, and staff development. Crucial to this position is maintaining an engaged workforce, negotiating cross-departmental outcomes, and championing customer advocacy.

This role is integral to supporting the expansion of our emerging products in voice, data, and mobile services.
