The client is seeking to identify suitable Candidates to perform the role of Project Manager to help the agency monitor project schedules and budgets, prepare progress reports, and liaise with key stakeholders.

Project Managers support the delivery of the agency’s projects. They play a role in managing straightforward projects, developing, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide specialist advice to ensure the consistent delivery of project outputs. The level of Security Clearance required for a Role will be confirmed at the time of Contract.

Working arrangements The candidate will be required to attend and undertake their work at a Services Australia office in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra or Melbourne for a minimum of 3 days per week.

Candidates that are suitable to perform Senior Project Manager (EL2)

Main Duties may include, but not limited to, some or all of the following:

• manage, lead and deliver projects that may have an agency wide impact
• develop, implement and evaluate project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency’s project management framework and consider project interdependencies
• collaborate with staff in immediate work area and with internal and external stakeholders
• oversee project design, governance arrangements and operational integration
• ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget
• lead strategic planning for longer term project initiatives
• provide high level strategic advice and feedback to stakeholders and the agency's executive
• research, review and evaluate projects within a section or specialist area
• report on project objectives and outputs for presentation to the executive, and oversee ongoing project reporting
• oversee, review and advise on written material including business cases, plans, reports, executive and ministerial briefs and corporate documentation
• plan, manage and monitor financial budgets and oversee the management of contracts, procurement, resources and expenditure
• identify, assess, manage, escalate, report and monitor project risks, issues and benefits, including developing treatment strategies
• analyse project performance and oversee quality management to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs
• drive innovation, manage and lead change, and actively contribute to and implement the agency’s strategic direction
• engage, negotiate and manage key strategic stakeholder relationships to deliver projects and respond to changes in needs and expectations
• represent and negotiate on behalf of the agency to advance the agency's interests at external, cross-agency, inter-jurisdictional and other forums

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your main duties and responsibilities include:

• Managing Bulletproof’s APAC I.T, sites, working alongside and supporting the global I.T. team.
• Reporting into the Global Head of I.T.
• Continuing the smooth, efficient and productive running of the agency's I.T. infrastructure from supporting singler users to network and server maintenance.
• Managing and maintaining Bulletproof various Networks, Servers and SaaS solutions.
• Managing IT budgets, forecasting, enforcing cost-effectiveness when purchasing new and replacement hardware and software.
• Managing and supporting I.T. employees along with the Global Head of I.T.
• Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems.
• Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organisational policy.
• Preserving assets, information security and control structures.
• Supporting and assisting external agency locations remotely as required.

Support Skills

• Apple qualifications ACTC 10.10 or ACSP 11.
• Jamf qualifications 100/200/300 and above ideally.
• Essential experience of using and supporting Mac OS, applications, and end users within a studio environment.
• Desirable knowledge and understanding of: Apple Hardware, Mac OS and iOS supporting users with Adobe CC suite, Microsoft Office and Font Explorer/Monotype.
• The ability to use and configure Jamf Cloud, Adobe Admin Console, Microsoft 365, Miro, Mac OS X Server, Synology, UniFi and Sonicwall.
• Knowledge of PC and Windows 10 OS.
• Assisting the setup and running of meetings using Teams, Zoom and other VC software.
• AWS or Azure qualifications or a good understanding of Cloud hosting Platforms beneficial.

Additional Skills

• A credible knowledge of routing, networking and DNS TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN.
• Experience of Apple Remote Desktop, TeamViewer and command line.
• Understanding of printers and calibration helpful.

About the role:

Ignition is seeking a motivated and organized Regional Field Marketing Manager to temporarily join our marketing team for an 10-month maternity leave cover. In this role, you will support our growth objectives in the APAC region by executing field marketing activities that drive market awareness and demand creation. You will work closely with the global marketing and sales teams to maintain momentum in regional campaigns and initiatives.

What your day to day will look like:

• Project manage, brief to the design team and execute the regional webinar program including, webinar briefings, speakers briefing sessions & coordination, promotions & follow up communications via third party emails, social media and email database promotions.
• Project manage the creation, distribution and amplification of relevant content to support our scheduled webinars, email campaigns & events.
• Independently coordinate booked industry events events, managing logistics, registrations, budgets, vendor relations, itineraries, and marketing materials.
• Contribute to the creation of webinars topics in alignment with our overall field marketing activity 
• Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone.
• Evaluate and report weekly on webinar, email and events performance using key metrics.
