As an integral member of ServiceNow’s Global Sales Enablement team, the Sales Enablement Senior Manager of sales coaching programs is responsible for developing and delivering coaching and enablement programs for salespeople across the entire sales journey. The role is focused on developing and delivering programs that elevate sales performance, using our sales methodology and operating framework to coach and train.

Successful candidates will understand standard sales methodology application within a SaaS environment, along with the ability to drive content development, deployment and learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, considerable experience in coaching and/or training sellers, and sales enablement experience. This is a highly collaborative role that involves working with key stakeholders in Sales and Sales Leadership, as well as across the various Enablement Teams.

Job Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Senior Manager of sales coaching programs will be responsible for developing and deploying sales enablement programs and initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, sales productivity, and overall sales results.

• Develop and deliver high-impact enablement programs to improve sales capability and drive a culture of sales expertise
• Coach Salespeople in the skills and activities to drive success 
• Support effective use of the ServiceNow sales methodology by delivering virtual and in person classroom training as well as providing sales activity and skills coaching 
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, develop enablement for multiple platforms (eLearning, vILT, ILT, etc.)
• Collaborate with Enablement colleagues across multiple roles (Role Excellence, Regional Leads, Instructional Design, Communications) to develop and deliver high impact enablement content supported by compelling communications
• Manage key stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the process.
• Analyse the effectiveness of the training plan against stated learning objectives and modify as needed to address opportunities for improvement across the core sales roles
• Deliver training and train the trainer programs in person and/or virtually, to a global audience
• Work with the Program Management Office to align on priorities and consistent messaging to the field
• Collaborate with Enablement colleagues to align on best practices and identify new, creative ways to enhance enablement approach and impact

Your Career

As a Technical Sales Manager (TSM), you will work with your sales partner across ANZ and Asia to establish strong relationships with one or more target MSP/MSSP partners to offer Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma SD-WAN/Prisma SASE to their customers, along with other products in our platform portfolio. You will bring a deep technical understanding of networking, routing, and cybersecurity managed services solutions. You will build trust with our MSP/MSSP partners and work with them to build SASE solutions that make their managed solutions more secure. Based on learnings from your customer base, you will provide valuable feedback and input to our product management teams on new feature requests and product improvements.

Your Impact

• Enable our MSP SD-WAN/SASE partners (Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution teams, and Delivery teams) on Palo Alto Networks products and solutions, including technical and value propositions, PoC/PoV, Pricing, Packaging, and lead the Sales governance orchestration.

• Architect and sell validated solutions for Palo Alto Networks MSP/MSSP partners to provide SD-WAN/SASE offerings to their customers as a managed service.

• Identify opportunities with prospective and current customers that can be served with PANW solutions.

• Work closely with the region sales leadership to support sales in a strategic and tactical manner.

• Use Case documents and assets for Demo & POC

• Assist Channel team to create Joint Annual and Quarterly targets - internal and external and tracking against it.

• Develop and nurture current and MSP/MSSP partners to drive growth.

• Act as the go-to technical adviser for Palo Alto Networks MSP/MSSP SD-WAN/SASE partners. 

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to MSP/MSSP partners’ sales, product, and engineering teams.

• Execute and manage Sales strategies with your Sales Account Manager and the MSP/MSSP partners.

• Ensure ongoing MSP/MSSP partner and their end customers’ satisfaction, support, and adoption of new PANW products and services.

• Effectively articulate PANW offerings market leadership.

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to manage interactions with customers and partners.

• Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests/customers to reach a win-win situation.
• Ensure there is management support and presence visible on Front Desk and in the lobby during key times throughout the day.  
• Process and assist with check-in and check-out of guests when needed.
• Respond to and coordinate emergency situations.
