About the role:
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of several retail locations within their cluster across NSW. This leadership role requires a strong business acumen, an ability to drive sales, optimize store operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be leading a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance, motivation, and strategic direction, while ensuring alignment with the companys overall objectives and brand standards.
