We are currently looking for an experienced Planning Man ager to join our Development team, based in Sydney.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, t h is role is responsible for evaluating and developing property opportunities from a planning perspective. The role will inform decision making regarding the Development projects and new acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing advice in the management and implementation of planning strategies for the existing Development projects
Maintain current knowledge and keep abreast of current planning legislation, trends and market activity
Providing expert input in development of strategies to maintain competitiveness and improve company market positioning
Provide guidance to project teams and business units regarding appropriate methodologies and strategies to achieve successful
